Only the charging cord is included. The only issue that the diffuser itself may have is there some essential oil stains on outside. I took the best picture possible to show amount left in each essential oil bottle. I've tried to get them come off, even when I used it, but they wouldn't.

I do have a video of it running that can send you if would like to see. It comes with the charging cord and 6 essential oils that are pictured above. It would not let me attach it with the pictures. It has been used and some of the oils in pictures have.

This is a Sparoom Essential Oils Diffuser from Target. It still runs well and there isn't any issues with that. It originally did not come with the wall plug-in itself.
